Refund policy

Due to the nature of haircare and beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return:

-The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in resealable condition.

-Proof of purchase is required

If your order meets these conditions, please email us at teasehairco444@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
